I would like to do try again, can I?
Yes, you can. Purchase a day pass at the bike park and inform us about your second attempt, submit your results within 12 hours and we’ll update the leaderboard accordingly. firstname.lastname@example.org
What does my entry include?
- A day pass to the park of the Pursuit Challenge
- Goody bag worth R500 with socks, samples and race fuel
- Event sticker & digital certificate
- Age category prize
- Unique routes designed and marked by the Pursuit crew
Where can I see the results?
Live results from each pursuit can be seen here. The pro race’s results are only valid for the pro race day.
When can I expect my goody bag?
All goody bags can be collected at the start pick up point before the race. This will include your pass, socks, USN nutrition and other goodies to enjoy during the race.
Is Strava Premium required?
No, it’s not, you can join our Strava group and the results will be taken from there. If you don’t have Strava, you can manually submit your results to us.
How does the timing work?
Submit your activity within 12 hours of finishing. If your time is not submitted within the timeframe, you will receive a DQ. The reason behind this is to keep the race alive and the results current and competitive.
How long is an event?
The duration of the race can be anything from 2 – 10 days with one – two days as a pro race. We like to switch up the conditions and make it interesting for all participants.
You can pick any day during the 2 -10 days to complete your race. The pro challengers will have a set date to attend.
How do I submit my time and GPS file?
Step 1: Join our Strava club Pursuit Challenge. Make sure your activity or account is not private.
Step 2: If your result does not display within the net 24 hours, please send a mail to email@example.com
Step 3: Final results will be loaded on the first Monday after the event at 1 pm.
Step 4: Digital prize giving at 7 pm on the first Monday after the event
Can we compete in a team?
Challenger teams of 2 are allowed to compete. Simply add both members when entering and an “add team” button will prompt. Enter your team name and you will be entered as a team. Riders in this category will not be eligible for age category prizes but will have prizes for top male, female and mixed teams. *Pro riders have to do the challenge individually.
